As a DSP you will help adults with disabilities live, work, and play. As a DSP you will work at a residence, job location, and within the community, helping the people we support achieve their goals and overcome various challenges they face.
DSPs now have the opportunity to work three, hour shifts including one weekend shift. This gives the opportunity to have a great work life balance. With only working three days per week, you will have scheduled days off for the year! You are a vital part of a team that creates opportunity for the people we support to live, work, and play.
