Thank you. I used the numbing cream. My wax lady was nice and polite. The pain from waxing was not too bad. She first tries to pry it open then rips it. That made me anticipate the pain, unlike when the pull it off abruptly so you are able to bear the pain better. Also I like when they add a personal touch and try to gist with you at least. Overall it was good.
I woud give it a 5 but for these minor issues. Had an absolutely wonderful experience. Best wax session I have ever had. Always a good experience at Hair Splash.
The new address is easier to navigate , just not enough parking space. The head massage after my hair treatment was the best thing that happened to me that day, I'm definitely going back. I really enjoyed my experience, from the staff welcoming, interactions and the spa session itself, everything was beautiful.
