Joseph was a member of the Ridley High School class of Described as a Jack-of-All-Trades, Joseph held many positions in his life. He was a landscaper, an inventory manager, and even a chef. But his most important position was that of preacher and ministry outreach coordinator. Joseph was known for his deep faith in the Lord. He found strength and guidance in his belief, which he carried throughout his life.
His loyalty to those he loved was evident in every relationship he nurtured. He was not only a hard and dedicated worker but also someone who took joy in helping the less fortunate. His kind heart led him to quietly and humbly offer support to those in need, leaving a legacy of compassion and service. Joseph selflessly gave his time in support of numerous Christian outreach groups.

His memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
Joseph is predeceased by his father, Joseph M. Catania, Sr. He is also survived by his three grandchildren and seven nieces and nephews.
