Linfa is so much more than a wellness centre, it is the essence of wellbeing, a place to reconnect to yourself, regenerate and regain the balance between body and mind. The Relaxation Area features an indoor and outdoor pool with several hydromassage points.
It is ideal for unwinding thanks to the regenerating power of water, abandon yourself in the jet of the sensory shower and the waterfall shower. You can also relax and detoxify in the health-inducing steam of the Turkish bath and the heat of the sauna , which are located in a dedicated area.
Around the pool the relaxation area includes sunbeds designed for resting. To complete our purification packages, you can enjoy the solarium in our private garden, when the weather is good, and a pleasant herbal tea in the dedicated area. In the Beauty Area qualified staff are able to suggest personalised face-body treatments by using the scientific method of Global Aesthetic Analysis A. The Zen cabin, with a minimalist style, and the Ethno cabin, with very warm tones.
Both are used for massages and body treatments. The Hydro cabin, with its very special floor of sand and shells, contains the Nuvola Dry-Floatation bed. The Fitness Centre , for the sporty types, has a gym equipped for cardio and weight training activities, with the latest Technogym machines such as: treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike, step and racks.

The centre has five cabins: The Zen cabin, with a minimalist style, and the Ethno cabin, with very warm tones. The Nature cabin is used primarily for facials. The Beauty cabin is dedicated to basic beauty treatments.
