Direct one-way ticket prices to and from London based on purchasing a return ticket. This does not apply to Eurostar Premier. Children under 4 in Eurostar Standard, Plus and Premier can travel for free, provided they can sit on an adult's lap. Exchange and refund conditions for tickets of children up to 11 years old are the same as the exchange and refund conditions of the ticket of the accompanying adult. You can also exchange your ticket to upgrade to Eurostar Plus.
Upgrades to Eurostar Premier are not allowed. Tickets that are exchanged less than seven days before the departure date to a new later departure date will in all circumstances become non-refundable. Tickets are refundable seven days or more before the date of departure for a fee. If you claim a refund for a single leg of a return ticket, the refund will be calculated taking into account any discount for a return ticket compared to two single leg tickets that you may have received at the time of purchasing the return ticket.
If the cost of your new ticket is more than the cost of your original ticket, you will be required to pay the difference. If the cost of your new ticket is less than the cost of your original ticket, you will not receive a refund of the difference.
Tickets are refundable with no fee up until 48 hours after your original departure time. Tickets are non-refundable more than 48 hours after your original departure time. With our boarding guarantee, if your plans change, we guarantee you can board any other available train on your day of departure at no extra charge.
