EmpowerEd is a dynamic sexual health education program that takes a holistic approach in educating students and parents through multimedia and interactive presentations. EmpowerEd exists to come alongside students and their parents and provide tools to make healthy choices for their bodies and their futures. Our student presentations are available for youth of all ages, middle school through college.
Our standard student series presentation format is in the classroom and completed over the course of five days, one lesson per day. Each presentation is fully customizable to meet the individual needs of each school or organization.

In our Parent Conference, we aim to empower parents with up-to-date research and tools that will equip them to effectively communicate with the young people in their lives. Our standard parent presentation format is a 5 hour conference covering our 4 main topics. Options Health is happy to offer EmpowerEd at no cost to the community, but donations are always welcome.
EmpowerEd is available to any young adult audience! Each of the 5 lessons are between minutes, along with discussion questions and fun activities. Our entire program is fully customizable though, so we can work with you to make a presentation series just right for your students! We recommend booking your presentation at least a few months in advance, but if you need something sooner, feel free to reach out and we can definitely work something out.
