The best dating app to let you really be you and choose how you want to date online. Forget the days of awkward online dating and become a POF member, where you can come exactly as you are. It funny how you come on to a datin site and all people what to do is chat rather than make a date, see if there is some sort of click and then take it from there, a chat on the phone to make sure you like the voice but to go backwards and forwards ping-pong text drives me absolutely crazy I cannot understand why people just don't meet and see how it goes and then slowly you can see if you're got that connection.
I also cannot see the point of coming on a dating site with no photo and to start a conversation with just one word, hi or just hello how are you, why not read our profile and pick something out of a profile but makes it interesting to the both of you and you're trying to connect with, surely a proper conversation rather than a one word conversation is much better it also shows a bit of intelligence. Are they together? Has one or the other of them died, perhaps?
These things are none of your business, POF, nor are they the business of anyone else, unless I choose to make it so, and that decision is made on an individual basis. Very few things in life are worth surrendering this amount of private information about yourself, let alone revealing it indiscriminately to others through some five-and-ten-cent app. Needless to say I never completed the sign-up process. Dear POF developers. Like every other app that uses photo uploads on profile sites or apps. To stop fakes and scammers. Even a video clip or something that you have to pass before you can use the app and start messaging. As sorry to say the app is a total joke!!! I would delete the full data base of Accounts and start over with a ID photo or Video that you have to pass before you can use the App!
This way it will make it fair for us real people out there that is after a decent person and cut down on idiot fakes and scammers spanning people none stop. No really if you want to keep this app running.
