While many say they are fleeing the Taliban, the ultra orthodox group, there are fears that some are actually terrorists themselves.
French media has decided to stop publishing pictures of anyone connected to terrorist acts, because they believe the images help glorify the extremists.
It comes after it emerged that a picture of one of the ISIS fanatics who butchered a priest in Normandy was sent to police stations four days before the atrocity was carried out.

His photo had been widely distributed to police stations after the anonymous tip-off 'from abroad' on July It was received with a colour photograph of Petitjean, and said he 'was preparing to take part in an attack on national territory'.
