Worth, TX for a man who's only spent time in Dallas? I've spent my entire life in the Dallas area, but this is the first time to ever date a woman from Ft. Worth, so I don't really have any ideas that don't involve her driving to meet me in Denton. A quick MeFi search didn't really yield any helpful results. So what do you guys in Ft.
Worth do for fun dates? We're going to dinner first, but I want to do something besides the typical movie afterwards. Sitting in a quiet, dark room isn't any way to get to know someone better! Something quirky, interesting, etc.
Any ideas? Seconding the Botanical Gardens. Also the Water Gardens are very interesting. There are lots of nice places around Sundance Square, and it's a good place for a stroll. Cowtown around the stockyards is fun. Continuing the outdoor theme, I just drove by the Fort Worth Nature Center and was reminded of how cool it is.
Several cities in the northeast Tarrant area are having their spring festivals. Botanical Gardens. Cowgirl Museum. The Zoo there is better than the one in Dallas if I recall correctly.
