Excellenrlt customer service, all of the medical staff from the doctors, nurses, aids, even the MRI guy are all very nice and accommodating.
They make sure you are comfortable at all times. The care provided is thorough. I recently had spinal surgery. The computer system was down the three days I was there. They missed bringing me meals. Of the three days I got 2 meals. The day I had surgery they ran out of pain medication that night.
They did not give me my regular medications. They did not come when I called. I waited hours and finally unstrapped myself. Dragged the IV and went to the bathroom. Which had ants crawling all over the floor. This was third world medical treatment. This is a wonderful, state of the art facility.
