All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. Your phone is your ticket! Please download your tickets to your phone using the Live Nation app before arriving to the venue. We are cashless! Cashless payments are encouraged for ticket purchases at the box office. Cash to card conversions will be available for your convenience inside the venue, dollar for dollar, without any service fees. Skip the lines and get in the venue more quickly!
Be one of the first into the venue with Fast Lane. A valid ID is required to attend any age restricted events and to consume alcohol. The Varsity Theater has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue.
Violators will be removed from the building without warnings and will not be eligible for a refund. Unless a show cancels or changes time by more than two hours, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Ticketmaster will call opens at door time or meet and greet check-in time. Artist guest list may not arrive until doors time. Remember to bring your photo ID and the credit card used to purchase your tickets! Tickets are not transferable.
