We stayed 1 month. Our site was spacious. Parking was on dirt with concrete patio. With a load of stone and some fill it would be a very nice site. We had a very pleasant stay. The road noise and ambulance is constant. That being said there are many things to see and do in the area. Clearwater beach is simply beautiful. Just know traffic is heavy and its going to take you extra time getting there A nice alternative to the super expensive RV Resorts! It is clean, yet somewhat older in appearance.
The laundry facilities are adequate, but could use some updating. Nice swimming pool! We have stayed at this park almost every August for several years now. It is more of a mobile home park with tiny mobile homes and spaces for RVs.
Over the years it has become filled with travel We camped at Clearwater Travel Resort in a Motorhome. The sites are close together but it serves our needs a perfectly as we did our shake down of our new RV. We were also transitioning to full time rving.
