All customers are kindly asked to book an appointment, although walk-ins are welcome.
If a cancellation is necessary, we kindly ask our customers to call during business hours and cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance for all single services and 48 hours in advance for any 2 or more services.
Please keep in mind that due to the nature of business, there will be a time that we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals, and the client will be responsible for full-service fees. Due to the unique nature of our facility, we recommend you arrive up to minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you have sufficient time to prepare to spa.
Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. Here at Himalayan Salt Cave, it is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of salt, skin, and body care products.
In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any other salt products within 15 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented.
