Core Areas of Responsibilities Event Planning and Logistics: Collaborate with the Events Associate Director to plan and coordinate events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and cultural activities.
Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and objectives. Venue and Resource Management: Secure suitable event venues and coordinate event logistics, including setup, signage, audiovisual equipment, and catering. Manage event resources efficiently and ensure they are available as needed. Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure services are delivered as per agreements.
