We believe that massage is a complementary medicine or holistic health care. Our goal for all of our clients is to help you feel better, and knowing that each client has different needs, to treat you as an individual and listen to your goals for massage.
During the session, we will ask how the pressure is. If it's too much, or not enough, let us know so we can back off or apply more. You will not hurt our feelings! Also, if you want to talk, or be silent, we're ok with either. Some clients like to talk, some like silence.

She is trained in deep tissue, relaxation, neuromuscular, stretch, prenatal, hot stone, percussion, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage, and spa treatments.
