Each level requires a mastery of the craft along with additional training, education and development to enhance their skills. Experience levels vary by studio. Level 1: Provides a light and relaxing massage. Level 2: Provides a medium pressure massage with no specific trigger point knots.
Level 3: Provides a medium to firm pressure massage, including some trigger point work. Level 4: Provides a deep massage including trigger point knots work. Abby's approach to massage therapy is that the whole body is connected: mentally, physically spiritually.
