Three basement levels provide space for two underground parking areas, technical facilities, storage rooms, and bicycle parking with changing rooms.
It serves as the company's calling card, showcasing a comprehensive and stylish design concept: modern, forward-thinking, and sustainable. Enclosed rooms for meetings and focused work complement the open service area. In line with the company's guiding principles and long-term use, the materials chosen are durable, high-quality, and timeless in appearance. A continuous bright terrazzo floor adds an elegant touch and contrasts strikingly with the warm oak wood slats that semi-transparently frame the consulting areas.
Petrol-colored accent seating islands reference the corporate identity and, along with integrated planting, create visual highlights in the organically structured space. The light wall and ceiling colors are echoed in the furniture. At the same time, the high-quality acoustic ceiling supports the zoning and pathways within the customer center through the design of ceiling panels over the various usage areas.
