The Merced County Sheriff's Office says a woman was arrested on several human trafficking charges on Wednesday. They say year-old Deyaneira Sabrina Fernandez of Winton was arrested following a months-long investigation.
During the investigation, Detective Martinez learned Fernandez was pimping and pandering the year-old throughout the state as far back as September Human trafficking involves the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain some type of labor or commercial sex act.
