Strategic Planning: Prepare long-term strategic plans to ensure sustained growth for the solid tumor portfolio Integrate insights from market data, sales trends, and cross-functional inputs into actionable strategies.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine marketing approaches. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with key opinion leaders KOLs , medical societies, and other strategic stakeholders to drive advocacy and support product uptake. Collaborate with diagnostic partners to align on CDx commercialization and adoption strategies.
Lifecycle Management: Lead the lifecycle management of Xgeva, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation in the competitive solid tumor market. Qualifications: Education: Degree in biology, pharmacy, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry Marketing and new launch experiences preferred Skills: Extensive knowledge of oncology therapeutic areas, including solid tumors and companion diagnostics CDx Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
