Holistic Health practices in the Greater Montreal area. My name is Emma, I am a holistic wellness practitioner that has been practicing for a few years now. I am a licensed massage therapist with training and certifications in energy healing, sound healing and breathwork.
I aim to share with you the knowledge and skills I have to support you in whatever way is needed for you. This session is an integrative experience for the body as a whole.
Through intuitive guidance and intention, I aim to offer a space for you to unfold, release, relax and clear stagnation.
This offering is one that is close to my heart and dear to my own practice. Herbal infused baths based on your intention. I will create a blend for your bath. A space for you to be human. You can expect us to do breathing and movement practices to help move the energy. A hand on your back, heart, shoulder or head may be used to support you at moments during our session.
