Beware of fake cashier cheques and money orders. Scammers will often send you fake cashier cheques valued above your asking price. The scammer will then ask you to wire the overpayment back to them. Your bank may cash this cheque, but when it's discovered that the cheque is fraudulent, you will be held responsible by your bank.
