The staff at this hotel were nothing but exceptional from the moment we arrived, everyone from the porters, front counter and Spa centre were amazing.
We had stayed at some 5 star hotels during our trip and I can honestly say the service provided at Little riverside was far superior than what we received at other so called 5 star hotels. The hotel is almost brand new, so cleanliness was immaculate, the rooms were beautifully designed and laid out, the bath tub and showers were also well designed and with good quality finishes. So much so that my wife asked that we design our future home in the same manor as these rooms..

My mum wasnt well while we were there and the staff gave her some giner tea for her throat. The resort was beatuifully designed and very clean. Our room was nice and spacious and clean. The bathroom was also clean. When hanging out at the pool or in the bar and the staff were there to chat to if you wanted to otherwise they would give you your space.
The breakfasts were amazing with so many options available. I would say the this hotel had the best breakfast on our trip. The spa was also nice. The location of the hotel was also perfect with a 5 min bike ride to the old town area. The hotel shuttles were also perfect when you wanted to go into town for dinner or have lunch at the beach. We booked 3 nights with Agoda and extended our stay with another booking agent. We arrived at and were greeted with a good welcome.
