We can work with you to meet transportation needs. We assist with daily activities in the home, such as nursing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Use our in-home services alone or in combination with other Easterseals NH services. Fostering independence through transportation solutions for older adults who must attend medical appointments, pick up prescriptions, buy food, and access school and adult day programs, among their routine needs.
Our senior services program provides her with increased independence and an opportunity to be social. Her family finds comfort in knowing she maintains her activity level and is able to socialize and get out of the house.
