Staff very helpful. Room very clean and bed comfortable. The toilet cover askew. Suggest fit a handle on wall above bath. Perfect even for large families passing through Chartres. The room was very clean. The hotel is spacious with beautiful outdoor and indoor spaces. Unfortunately we arrived to a closed car park, due to an event group. Staff extremely helpful with our bags. Fire door left open to allow event participants to utilise the electricity which made our room extremely cold.
Nice hotel, a bit unclear where to enter, at first. Maybe because of the cycle competition? But not ideal to close out other guests from main entrance. Room very spacious, but cold. We were helped with a mobile heater - great! Shower with very low pressure and not really hot water. Otherwise good. As a vegetarian you feel very much like an alien from outer space. Aging hotel and overpriced compared to current quality. Top staff but really the rest is out of the market.
Friendly welcome and excellent room. The evening meal was superb and we enjoyed the variety breakfast on offer. Another pleasant overnight midweek stay. Comfortable room. Professional, friendly and helpful staff in all departments.
Everything was ready for our arrival: spacious PMR room, table reserved in the restaurant the dinner was delicious! Passing by on our journey, we appreciated the Tesla charging station installed near the entrance to the hotel.
