As a Bend resident, I really miss their in town pickups which is why I gave the 4 star rating over a 5. It used to be such a breeze to ride to their old location in town but their current location is a much further so I have to drive, which is much less convenient. I would love to see them do a pick up a couple days a week in town; it would be worth getting a season pass again!
