Radia Maxi Nantes Gozzeru is beautiful with a well-defined and athletic body. Her chest size is average, noted by Michio to be of "medium size". She has blonde hair, tied together at the back in a ponytail. She has lapis lazuli-colored eyes, around the blue color spectrum. Her knight attire is the standard uniform of the Order of Knights stationed in Vale. The surcoat is a gray color except for the right front area which seems to have the Vale coat-of-arms: a white background with three red stripes, positioned vertically.
As expected of an ojou-sama hailing from a prestigious knight family, she wears the additional protection of magical armor : gloves, a gorget neck plate armor , and greaves. She also wears magical footwear called Boots of Acceleration. As a noble, Radia shows a haughty and indifferent attitude towards those she deems beneath her. She has a stern personality that is strict on protocols and is displeased when she has to do what she views as menial tasks that her subordinates ought to do like handing bounty money to those who kill wanted bandits.
She seems to take her knight duties seriously and has a pride that comes with being one. Based on her high level, it's possible that she frequents nearby labyrinths with a party of knights to level up. As a knight and a noble, she detests bandits and criminals and views it as her mission to deal justice onto them with her blade. She seemed displeased that Michio stole her prize, but seemed to secretly be impressed by his skills, since she was probably curious enough to check out this "Bandit Killer" who killed a dangerous bandit like Hugo.
Judging by her having a surname and a long one, at that , Radia hails from either a knight family or a noble family, and that is shown by the quality of her gear and her high level compared to her fellow Knights, several of which don't even hit the double digits. While nothing is known about her career or history, based on her presumed experience as a knight, it is possible that she was transferred here from another region and currently has a high rank in the Vale Knight Order, quite possibly as its commander.
In Chapter 5 of the LN, we later see her coming to the crime scene of a dead thief and ordering her knights to dispose of the body. As a knight at LV 27, it is presumed Radia possesses a reasonable amount of combat potential and experience compared to her peers and subordinates.
