The designer clothing rental company is offering 10, victims of the L. Fashion rental company Rent the Runway is donating thousands of dollars worth of clothing to the victims of the Los Angeles wildfires. On Thursday, Jan. Rent the Runway allows customers to rent designer clothing items online and purchase some clothing items at a discount.
The company also offers a subscription service, in which members can order boxes of either 5 or 10 clothing items, try them out and send them back, with the option of being able to purchase what they like.
The company also clarified that they will be donating up to 10, codes for a two-month subscription as a part of this program. A number of other brands and celebrities have made similar efforts to donate clothing and other essentials in the wake of the fires across Los Angeles County.
Netflix, Comcast, Warner Bros. Halle Berry and Sharon Stone both shared on Instagram that they were donating directly to COOP , a Beverly Hills-based home goods store which was collecting clothing essentials for wildfire victims. How quickly can you solve it?
