You have the option of showering before the treatment. Please allow time for this. Depending on the treatment, disposable underwear will be provided. Parts of the body that are not currently being treated are covered with a towel. On the one hand, this protects your privacy, and on the other, the body does not lose heat too quickly. You can leave your panties on for full-body massages, otherwise you will be massaged naked on the massage table with disposable panties.
The correct lying position during the massage is essential. If, for example, your head or knee joints bend in an unfavorable way, even the best massage will be ineffective and, in the worst case, counterproductive.
