Purchasing live fish and plants online is safe?

We are one of the largest and most trusted online platforms for ornamental aquarium fish sellers online, as part of our dignity, our online platform will be safe always, and our Return/ refund policy is also stronger than others. Do you ship all over India? To any other countries?

We will ship all over India, but pin codes are important, we are using fast delivery for north Indian orders, and not all pin codes are available. Kindly check the pin codes on the Shree Maruti courier/ Tirupathi Courier/ BlueDart courier website for any Pincode-related information.

Currently, we are not able to ship to other countries, a lot of customers from other countries are enquiring about the shipping possibilities. But sorry to say that, currently we are unable to ship.

What is the minimum order?

We do not have any minimum orders; customers can select any items as your wish.

Do you have Home Delivery Options? Or should I collect it from the courier office?

All the orders which we are shipping through couriers are home delivery, sometimes the courier agents call you and they are asked to collect it from their office. In that case, kindly do not have any hesitation to collect it from their office. Please.

Directly contact customer care through WhatsApp with your order id and email id. We will refund you fully, which means including the shipping charge. You can cancel your order before 24 hours. After 24 hours payment gateway charges will be applicable

What is the mode of transport of live fishes and plants?

We are transporting your orders through couriers, we are on tie-up with major courier partners, Railway and Parcel services.

How do I know whether I buy a piece or a pair of fish?

How do I track my order?

You can track your orders easily through the website by clicking the track order section on the footer and header menu, you will also be receiving an email once shipped.

Do you have any other stores in our location?

No, we are located in Pondicherry, and our business operations are from there only. We do not have any stores in your location.

What is a Backorder?

A Backorder means your order for a product that is temporarily out of stock with us, we will arrange the product for you and ship it to you at the earliest. Expect a slight delay in the usual order.

Why we are not using Railways for the transport for small orders.?

The railways will not entertain the small order boxes and it is highly risky. If you are ordered wholesale, the only mode of transport is the Indian Railways. Your nearest railway station should have a Parcel service and the train should stop at least 5-minute time.

What will be the Approximate time for delivery?

Delivery depends on the Pincode availability of different courier companies. Min of 1 to 3 business days once shipped.

Why shipping charge is so high?

Do you think we do charge a high shipping charge, check with other websites that offer the same services, and while comparing you will come to know that we are the one who is charging low for shipping live fish with a 100 % refund policy.

Will I get a refund if anything goes wrong during transportation?

  • 100 % Refund for DOA (Death on Arrival)
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded upon DOA.
  • No refund for Tetra varieties.
  • In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. Death on Arrival usually happens due to the change in climatic conditions traveling from state to state.
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

When will be the refund credit in the account?

Yes, you can contact us on WhatsApp, if any requirements are needed. We will find out the availability of those items, and collect them for you.

Can we pre-order the items which are out of stock now?

Yes, You can pre-order with payment. We will collect it and dispatch it as early as possible.
