This hotel does not have enough parking. There are a bunch of permanent cars parked in the lots that ought to be towed. Housekeeping and breakfast were abysmal, it was noticeable how no one ended up taking breakfast more than once in a stay opting for the IHOP next door. Woken up multiple times from doors slamming or the vacuum going on more than two doors down as the sound travels through the walls.

I asked for the manager and he told me I needed to call the service I booked through and his manager was not onsite when I checked my confirmation it said I was booked for non smoking but the front desk continued to try to put me in smoking room I told him repeatedly we could not do smoking because my daughter has asthma and she is only I demanded that the manager be called and after he spent the whole conversation speaking in another language that I could not understand he finally agreed to put me in non smoking.
When we got the the room there were holes in the tub and bathroom areas my daughter would not shower because she was afraid that bugs would crawl in. I would not stay there ever again". Only one issue. When checking out, the courtesy van for the airport was not available so the front desk staff call someone to take us to the airport.
