I don't use it for getting psychic powers You gotta try. I second what Royal said. It's just set of seashore, thunder, and huming sounds. Is there any real set that can definitely work me out for OOBE? I try to completely relax, and listen to this preset..
But like all others, i feel nothing.. Can't someone just give out some pointers on how to use this software? For some reason this preset gives me nightmares every time I use it.
And I always wake up when the preset stops playing. No abnormal sensations or lucid dreams. This is for R. It seems that it will have a large effect if you are easily hypnotized, but if you resist hypnosis it will take a while to get noticable effects from bwgen. Perhaps you are so resistant that only a tiny effect occurs. Keep using it, it will slowly begin to affect you.
For people who don't get good results: Although many people advice you to keep the volume low, I don't always agree with that. If the sounds are soft ish and don't hurt your ears I think you get better results by setting a higher volume. This way you feel more "surrounded" by the sound which makes it easier to give in to it.
