Este site utiliza cookies. Metropolitana , founded in , has developed a project that is unique in Portugal and very rare on the international scene. Its value is based on transversal performance, combining specialized teaching with the practice of music. An orchestra OML and three schools Conservatory of Music, Professional School and National Superior Academy of Orchestra make up this musical project of choice, which has formed hundreds of professional musicians.
In order for this project to consolidate and grow, the activity they all carry out is not enough. The music we make is aimed at the public. Without them, our mission would be incomplete; with them, we can do even more. Join the Friends of the Metropolitana , a group of associates who, through their contribution and presence, are called upon to actively participate in the life of the institution.
