Cristina Marie Navaretta was a daughter, sister, healer, friend, teacher, and yogi. She traveled the world for the past 10 years of her 38 soaking in knowledge from various masters with a deep study of the Krishnamacharya Lineage, Ashtanga, Tantra, Restorative, and Yin. Her life journey was one of self healing and her passion was to inspire others to apply their practice on and off the mat, connecting with themselves.
