One man, year-old Renquan Zheng, has been charged with engaging in organized crime relating to human trafficking. Two other people have been detained, McNamara said. According to the arrest affidavit, two undercover detectives went to the massage parlor in May where they were met by two women.
The detectives were taken to separate rooms. About 40 minutes into the massage, both detectives were told to turn over. During this visit, detectives noticed a living area in the back of the parlor, which is consistent with human trafficking, the affidavit said. This is at least the fifth massage parlor the Sheriff's Office raided within the past year.
