Our caregivers are trained to provide sitter services, comprehensive non-medical assistance, and companionship to seniors recovering from surgery. Walnut Beach Farmers Market offers freshly baked bread, pies, homemade jewelry, food trucks and more, from June 9 - September 15, , every Thursday, pm - pm.
The beach itself is beautiful, and those who go to the farmers market will almost certainly end up at this beach. Senior Helpers has collaborated with the Milford Senior Center on several terrific events, including the Mocktail Program which was a smash in April see below.

The beach itself is known to be kept clean by the town, and the trek out to Charles Island during low tide is an experience our Senior clients have been enjoying for years. Snack areas here have tables for people to sit and eat.
