I love the sessions- it all goes by so quickly for me. I enjoy using the most therapeutic techniques to achieve the most maximum results and love impacting ones health and wellness in this kind of way. I would do an intake, assessing the customers goals, what they would like to work on, what they would like to achieve, which areas to focus on and which areas to avoid. Through the massage I check in to make sure the pressure is just right, and to make sure the client is completely comfortable.
I have gone to institute of therapeutic massage for a year and a half of massage school and have taken the boards for massage therapy. I am also a licensed nurse, which helps me have around the healthcare perspective and how the body works as a whole. I have taken classes in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, medical massage as well as cranial sacral therapy to name a few.
