The combo of heat and deep massage reduced the pain enormously. The heat takes a good while to get up to temp but really helps take the knots out. I find the straps a bit short I'm over 6' but workable. I find some positions where the rollers come together so hard the way I like it that they sound a bit like they are going to stop, but they do not.
Hope that won't prematurely wear out the gears but to date 3 months it is working perfectly. Hopefully I won't need it, but looks like it is very versatile and useful on other body parts ie arms, legs, etc Worth every penny!
