Fresno CBAS aims to prevent institutionalization for individuals over the age of 18 years, with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities, by developing a person-centered plan of care and to assist participants in achieving overall health goals.

Fresno CBAS Center is a Community-Based Adult Services program that looks after the well-being of adults and provides an array of therapeutic and social services, designed to maximize the independence of those who are experiencing significant problems with their health and self-independence. By enrolling in the program, participants can improve or maintain their physical mobility and function.
