I was in that rig for about 30 minutes though I wasn't conscious of the time that passed. It was oddly comfortable until my arms started to fall asleep. That's when I mentioned I needed to come out. The key thing is I practice SSC always with models. I have been known to do a bit of RACK with friends usually not models , but even then I consider the safety angle. Since no one has clarified these, I will. It is one of the main mantras that the BDSM world tends to live by. It was mostly designed to help the public be more accepting of the BDSM lifestyle. RACK is another similar version of the above, though I think it is much more accurate for the types of things that many in the lifestyle often do.
It stands for Risk Aware Consensual Kink. It addresses the fact that no matter what we do, there will always be risks involved in participating in BDSM accidents happen , and we do as much as possible to address that and be safe in the things that we choose to involve ourselves in.
