Among the numerous possibilities of my job my favorite ones are definitely the massages. I will present a neuromuscular relaxing massage based on a californien massage and Balinese manipulations.
This last practice is both relaxing and soothing with deep pressures on the neck, the trapezius, the scapula, the hands, the calves and the feet. The massage I will show is rather complete, it consists in stretching and kneading but also in pressures and frictions I will use my elbows to anchor my movements and then very slow movements with my hands and my forearms to bring the massage to its end and brush off all the negative energies.
