JXN Water is changing for the better. JXN Water is a local Mississippi water utility that is run by an interim third-party manager, Ted Henifin authorized by a federal court order to reestablish water infrastructure, operations and put the Jackson Water system on a sustainable path forward.
Since Feb. JXN Water completes ongoing water quality tests to keep you safe and ensure that your water meets or exceeds all state and federal drinking water standards. JXN Water was created because the people of Jackson could not wait years for new systems to be built. JXN Water is working hard to make water and sewer repairs to provide clean, safe and accessible water to all Jacksonians. JXN Water has 24 priority projects in the works so far.
