I mean, it's fun and all and the child actress does a good job playing the possessed child. It has a relatively low body count, and the kills are not well-acted. Apparently a light tap on a sidewalk breaks your skull. With a three-pack of movies, I don't expect any sort of classic from all of them. Vampires Night Orgy was a lot better story and production. But, Demon Witch Child has some good moments - the priest's ex-girlfriend is a prostitute and that's a funny interlude.
It didn't end the way I expected. The dialogue in the last 30 seconds drops out and all there is an isolated music track. It isn't pivotal and only two lines drop out, but it is odd. It happens in both the Spanish and English tracks and weirdly - there are no subtitles, so it's almost like it doesn't recognize dialogue?
