You can wear anything from light, comfortable shorts and a tank top, to a bathing suit, underwear, or nothing at all we will provide body towels. Your phone, smart watch, or tablet will not be affected by the infrared rays.
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink a minimum of 8 oz of water before and after your session. Your water bottle, plastic or metal, is safe to use in the sauna. We also have water available for your use.
