  • Products can be delivered All Over INDIA.
  • Shipping charges are Varied from State to State, Shipping charges are added based on the items in your cart.
  • We deliver all Live Fish & Products in 2 to 4 days t&c.
  • One-day delivery throughout Tamil Nādu and Karnataka.
  • Other cities/towns 2 to 4 Business days.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, that you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money (except the shipping charge)., provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

  • For Cancellations, please contact us via email at Support@petsandlife.in or contact us through WhatsApp at 73972-63023.
  • Requests received later than 1 business day, will lead to payment gateway charges for cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • 100 % Refund for DOA (Death on Arrival)
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded upon DOA.
  • No refund for Tetra varieties.
  • In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. Death on Arrival usually happens due to the change in climatic conditions traveling from state to state.
  • There is no account transfers to the original payment method for death on arrival or damaged on shipping, the whole amount will be only credited to your website wallet, which can be used for the upcoming purchases.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless otherwise noted. No refund or No exchange is authorized, it must be accompanied with original receipt. Due to the nature of livestock and many other factors out of our control, we highly encourage everyone to research or ask first about livestock care/compatibility before purchasing.

  • No warranties, exchanges, or refunds on any DRY GOODS (Lighting, pumps, etc.) However, if product is defective or needs to be serviced, please contact the manufacturer first prior to contacting us. If for any reason the manufacturer cannot help, let us know and we will try our best to assist you.

  • No refunds, warranties, or exchanges on any FISH TANKS. Please examine thoroughly before taking off premises.

  • No exchange, refunds, or warranties on any CUSTOM MODIFICATION FABRICATION to aquariums, lighting systems, filtration, etc.

  • Please count your change and check your receipt and purchase BEFORE leaving cashier.

  • Any refund or exchange must be dealt with in person in the store.

  • The credited amount on returns may be limited based on the assessment of Aquarium Depot’s employees.

  • We allow cancellation of orders within 1 hour after placing them, however once the order is already processed we will charge 15% for the restocking fee.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are NON-refundable.

Return Policy

  • Returns are not acceptable upon the electronic and electrical equipment, until with a valid reason and proof of videos (it may be using power issues or wrong usage).
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • No returns are accepted on Live fish, except in death while traveling. (Photos must be shared without opening the fish package).
  • We don’t accept – Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/ what’s app to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your website wallet, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your wallet account again. Usually, refunds take min 2 days to a max of 3 days Wallet Refund.

As we need to check whether the entire order case is real or fake once upon the approval, it’s a genuine refund request then the only refund will be done, Other State order Wallet refunds usually take 4 days to 7 days. Customers can reuse the wallet refunds for their upcoming orders.

  • Refunds will be Credited back to Wallet in case of refund/server issues.
  • if the customer refund is regarding emergency issues, after confirmation we will process wallet to source accounts.
  • In case the fish are dead by transportation, we will refund the dead fish or we will resend them again.
  • In case of the fish dead after dropping into the customer aquarium, they get dead/sick due to poor water parameters maintained by the customer we are not responsible, still, customer urges for a refund, customer needs to send us the water parameters maintained in their aquarium
  • Contact the customer care team regarding this, videos must be shared with the customer care team, and no pics are accepted.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
