Adult Day Health Care at St. Luke is a "medical model" adult day care program. Registrants receive daily health monitoring and activities program designed to promote independence and wellbeing for adults.

Our interdisciplinary teams at St. Luke provides IV antibiotic therapy for medically complex residents who require antibiotics to treat infection. We offer care for residents who may be seriously ill and experiencing multiple medical problems, including many currently on IV medications in an acute care setting.
Palliative care is available through our Comfort Care Program. Offered at St. Luke, Comfort Care provides compassionate care and support for residents and families of those facing a serious illness, or who are in the final stages of life.
