Very caring and kind. The Home Instead has shown me they are always there for me when I need them. They are a God send to me and my husband. My mother enjoyed the interaction with her new caregiver. They talked and laughed. The caregiver fed her lunch, and made sure her bottom was dry and clean before she left. She was awesome! We liked the person they sent, there have been a few things that have fallen through the cracks, but overall, we've been pleased.
Scheduling and billing is fine, there are no problems there. The caregiver is great. They run all her errands, take her to appointments, make her bed, do some clothes washing, they make sure she takes her medication, they walk with her, make sure she's safe and secure, and help with her daily personal hygiene.
Our scheduling staff is top notch and do all they can to meet our needs. Our needs only involve companionship, but for a very mobile individual, this is sometimes asking a lot. I am helping take care of my uncle who is 89 years old and has Alzheimer's.
