The teachers are excellent, attentive and kind, making it a really great place to work and grow your practice. The ambience is perfect, and has now become a key and frankly unavoidable part of my busy London week. It is the peace I need to keep things going!! Cannot recommend this highly enough. The weekly hour long yoga session has worked wonders and I am now pain free including my shoulders which I directly attribute to the weekly session I have been having for two years.
It is an amazing way for me to start my week, mentally it is a fantastic boon for a busy dad of three. But I loved every minute of Hotpod! Every minute was nice and kind and it was really body positive as well really low lighting.
