Worldwide marine services agency BWA Yachting is pleased to announce a major expansion, as it opens a new office in La Ciotat, located inside La Ciotat Shipyards, one of the world's largest super-yacht refit shipyard with a unique range of services and worldwide connections.
Situated between Toulon and Marseille in the heart of Provence, La Ciotat revamped itself in the beginning of the s as an important pleasure boat harbour with the biggest elevator for mega-yachts in Europe. Add to that its beautiful beaches, its many sports and water activities, churches and historic monuments, some of the most famous ski destinations within a few hours drive, and it's clear why La Ciotat has become a very popular vacation destination both in summer and winter.
La Ciotat Shipyards currently owns an important market share of the superyacht refit industry and is equipped to accommodate yachts measuring up to metres, a true rarity in the western Mediterranean area.
