This was my first massage with Stephanie. Stress has caused deep pain in my neck and shoulders, due to typing all day. Stephanie found the trouble muscles right away and applied exactly the right amount of pressure--enough to hurt, but not too much to bruise. She worked on the muscles for 90 minutes and I feel better today than I have in months. I'll be coming back soon! She was wonderful, strong, insightful, responsive, and communicative.
I had an acute issue with my neck. I lucked out! So, I did. I've had multiple deep tissue and Thai massages since my first appt. I'd never had Thai massage before and I love it. Her deep tissue work is unparalleled. I swear y'all - I will never need another massage therapist. Stephanie does an awesome job! I've been lucky enough to have massages across the US and Europe and she is one of the best, if not THE best, anywhere. The atmosphere is calming, she is attentive and very skilled.
I highly recommend her! I've seen Stephanie several times this year, each time after completing a very long run during marathon training.
