Selina Wank:. I was born in Germany but grew up traveling and living in various countries including Brazil and South Africa. A former professional equestrian endurance racer, I earned my degree in Sports Science and became passionate about working with both high-performance and disabled track athletes.
I have also participated in Ironman events and several multi-day and adventure races — the longer, the tougher, the better. My main focus is to pass on my knowledge and skills to others and also to show people that with a healthy mindset, great change is possible! I see the whole body as an interlinked system of muscles that I like to challenge and improve through things like yoga, Pilates and positive thinking.
Physical activity has always been an essential part of my life. It is not only my job, it is my passion and way of life. I am a qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer and spa and wellness therapist born in Poland. I love helping people achieve their fitness-related goals. Soccer is my favorite team sport but I also enjoy swimming and mountain biking. I am eager to welcome you at my classes and hope to see you on board soon! Following my studies, I opened my own fitness and massage studio, focusing on one-on-one sessions to help people improve their wellbeing and fitness.
